תכנית ישראל-ג'יאנגסו (סין), משיקה קול קורא 14 במספר ומזמינה חברות ישראליות להגיש בקשות לביצוע פרוייקטי מחקר ופיתוח יחד עם שותפיהן מפרובינציה זו. מסגרת ייעודית זו מאפשרת הגשת בקשות לתמיכה בפרוייקטים מבוססי חדשנות טכנולוגית וכמו גם לפרויקטים במסלול התאמת מוצרים.
גובה הסיוע - עד 50% מהוצאות המחקר והפיתוח

מועד ההגשה של הטפסים הדו לאומיים: עד ה-15/02/2018.
אופן הגשת הבקשה הוא דו שלבי:
1. עד לתאריך ה-15/02/2018 - יש למלא את טופס הבקשה הדו לאומית של תכנית ישראל-ג'יאנגסו ולהגישו כשהוא מלא וחתום בצירוף מכתב כוונות למרב טפירו-ולדמן, מנהלת תכניות שת"פ, דסק אסיה פסיפיק ברשות החדשנות במייל: merav.tapiero@innovationisrael.org.il
2. עד לתאריך ה-14/03/2018 - יש להגיש בקשת תמיכה מלאה לרשות החדשנות באמצעות המערכת המקוונת (בדפדפן אקספלורר בלבד). לבקשה זו יש לצרף את המסמכים שהוגשו בשלב הטרומי כנספחים.

Call for Proposals for joint R&D projects in all technological fields. The call is jointly administered by the Israel Innovation Authority and the Juangsu Science and Technology Department on behalf of the government of the Jiangsu province, The People's Republic of China.
Deadline for 1st phase submission: 15.2.2018

The Jiangsu Province (China) and Israel are announcing the 14th Call for Proposals for joint R&D projects in all technological fields.
The Call is jointly administered by the Israel Innovation Authority and the Jiangsu Science and Technology Department on behalf of the government of the Jiangsu province, The People's Republic of China.
Joint Jiangsu-Israeli R&D projects can be presented in any area of mutual interest.
Criteria
The general criteria to be followed in order to apply to the program call are:
a) At least two science and technology companies from the respective countries should express a desire to cooperate in the research and development of a new product, service or an industrial process.
b) The project may involve more than one company from each side; academic/research entities are eligible to join as sub-contractors only.
c) R&D under the joint project should focus on either:
- Developing Products that are highly innovative with significant commercial potential. The joint industrial R&D project should aim at the development of products/processes leading to commercialization in the global market;
OR
- Adapting / customizing existing product/process, belonging to the Israeli Company partner, to the needs and conditions of the Chinese market
d) The project partners should agree in advance on the IP rights and on the commercialization strategy of the product or process. (Note: For the submission phase, only an LOI (Letter of Intent), a preliminary agreement or draft MoU is required, however the final agreement has to be presented to the funding authorities.)
e) The project should demonstrate the contribution of the participants from both countries
f) The project must be balanced between participants and significant to both partners
g) The project timeframe will not exceed 2 years
Funding
Projects in the frame of this Call will be financed by the respective national and/or regional authorities in Jiangsu & Israel, in accordance with the national laws, rules, regulations & procedures in effect.
The total funding from the Government of Israel under the Jiangsu-Israel R&D program will not exceed 50% of the eligible and approved costs of the R&D, in accordance with the national laws and regulations.
The total funding from the Government of Jiangsu Province under the Jiangsu-Israel Industrial R&D program, will be given to subsidize the R&D expenditure of the projects and will not exceed the total eligible and approved costs of the R&D, in accordance with the national laws and regulations.
