The Board of Directors of both Galil Medical and Persion corp. approved an agreement for Galil Medical to aquire Perseon corp. for $1.00 per share in cash, plus $0.02 per warrant for each of the publicly traded warrants. the total transaction value is reported to be $10.6 million.

E2C (Easy to Connect) wins Tel Aviv leg of competition for start-ups developing technologies for seniors

The Jerusalem Post reported that Yokneam's E2C won the Tel Aviv round of the #30in30in30 competition that was organized by Tech For Good’s Rally accelerator. The competition involves 30 pitch events in 30 cities around the world within a 30-day timeframe. If E2C succeeds in the virtual semi-finals round it will present at the Aging 2.0 Expo in San Francisco in November.
